Soften a small brick of cream cheese. I set mine on the counter for awhile. Add garlic powder to taste and a little milk to thin out. Add milk until smooth creamy dipping consistency. Add garlic powder to taste. Be careful, tho. As this sits, the garlic taste gets stonger.

I make the same thing but I use garlic salt instead, and I eat it with lays potato chips

hubby makes it all the time, i prefer it made with onion powder myself

I love it, but I tend to use a little bit too much garlic
