I usually just guess at the quantities but here goes...feel free to experiment....
1 can of warm beer
1/2 cup...maybe more of soy sauce use a good brand like LaChoy
Chopped onion...about a cup...I use sweet onion
1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar
2 or 3 tablespoons of garlic salt...or powder
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan...heat til sugar is dissolved about 5 minutes, tops.
Layer chicken wings...I use the frozen ones you get by the bag at Kroger...you do not need to thaw the wings first...this recipe covers the whole bag.
Layer the wings in a large shallow backing dish...I line it with foil first....pour mixture from pot over the wings.
Bake at 360 degrees for about an hour or until wings are thoroughly cooked and the sauce has cooked down. Check in after about half an hour...cook longer if needed, the sauce should be a little sticky and thick.
Good luck!
