"Nacho" Ordinary Casserole
Prep Time: 15 min Bake Time: 20 min You need: 1 pkg (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS taco seasoning mix 3/4 cup water 3/4 cup sour cream 3/4 shredded cheddar cheese (divided_ 3/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa 1/2 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
1. PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees farenheit. Prepare dinner folling basic directions. While macaroni is cooking, brown meat; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water to the meat and simmer for 5 minutes. 2. STIR sour cream into prepared dinner. Spoon half of the dinner mixture into 8 inch square baking dish; top with layers of the meat mixture, half the shredded cheddar cheese and the remaining Dinner mixture. Cover 3. BAKE 15 minutes. Top with salsa, remaining cheese and the crushed tortilla chips. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes

Brownie Sundae Cake
Ingredients: 1 (19- to 21-ounce) package fudge brownie mix, prepared according to package directions for cake-like brownies 1 cup "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened 1/4 cup caramel or butterscotch ice cream topping
Directions:
Line 2 (9-inch) round cake pans with aluminum foil, extending slightly over edges of pans. Lightly spray bottoms with vegetable cooking spray; set aside. Preheat oven as brownie mix package directs. Divide brownie batter evenly between pans; sprinkle 1/2 cup "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits and 1/4 cup nuts, if desired, over each pan. Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely. Remove layers by lifting foil from pans.
To assemble cake, place one brownie layer, topping-side down, in 9-inch springform pan. Carefully spread ice cream over brownie layer; drizzle with ice cream topping. Place second brownie layer on top of ice cream layer, topping-side up; press down lightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving. Remove side of pan. Cut into wedges.

BBQ MEATBALLS
Ingredients: 2 pounds 95% lean ground beef 1-1/3 cups ketchup, divided 3 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup packed light brown sugar 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1-1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce Diced bell peppers (optional)
Directions:
Slow Cooker Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ground beef, 1/3 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, egg, onion flakes, garlic salt and black pepper in medium bowl. Mix lightly but thoroughly; shape into 1-inch meatballs. Place meatballs in two 15X10-inch jelly-roll pans or shallow roasting pans. Bake 18 minutes or until browned. Transfer meatballs to slow cooker.
2. Mix remaining 1 cup ketchup, sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl. Pour over meatballs. Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours. Serve with cocktail picks. Garnish with diced bell peppers, if desired.
Barbecued Franks : Arrange 2 (12-ounce) packages or 3 (8-ounce) packages cocktail franks in slow cooker. Combine 1 cup ketchup with sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar and hot pepper sauce; pour over franks. Cook according to directions for Barbecued Meatballs.

Foil Dinners
*Spray aluminum with cooking spray *Place hamburger pattie in middle of foil *place 1 tablespoon (unmelted) butter on pattie *season pattie with garlic powder and salt *arrange cut up and peeled potatos and baby carrots on and around the hamburger pattie and seal foil * Bake in preheated oven at about 325 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour
