Ingredients: 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1 Cup Hot Sauce (Red Hot Brand) 1 cup Ranch Dressing 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 Baked Chicken Breasts OR 3-4.5 oz.chunk white cans of chicken (shredded) Directions: Blend cream cheese, hot sauce & ranch dressing Add chicken & cover with shredded cheese Bake @ 350` for 15-20 mins. un-covered until cheese melts Enjoy! I haven't made this yet, but I would think you would chop/shred the chicken breasts, you could use any hot sauce and amount of it, or none and any kind of shredded cheese also...
