Snow Ice Cream

We make this at least twice a year. Tried and true.

1 1/2 cups half and half
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
salt
2 quarts clean fresh snow
Final touch: chocolate syrup

Mix ingredients together except snow until blended, add snow until mixture reaches ice cream consistency. Spoon into bowls, add chocolate syrup, and enjoy.

Be sure the snow you use is clean and fresh because no one (that I know of anyway) would want to eat ice cream that tastes like dog pee.lol
