Porkers Rib Rub 2 cups paprika 3/4 cup lemon pepper 1/4 cup coarse ground black pepper 1/4 cup white pepper 1/4 cup onion salt 1/4 cup granulated garlic 1/4 cup chili powder 3/4 cup brown sugar Mix all ingredients and store in an air tight container.
Don't Wipe Your Eyes Rub 1/2 cup paprika 1/4 cup black pepper 1/4 cup sugar 3 tablespoons salt 3 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons garlic powder 2 tablespoons onion powder 1 tablespoon cayenne Mix thoroughly and store in a cool, dry place.
