Did not do the Chicken Lasagna...did not have the artichokes I needed...so I made Spanish Rice casserole instead.
Tonite it will be Pad Thai chicken ... one of my son's favorites.

Hmmm, JEN corned beef sounds so good, and with SPD coming up I am sure the stores will have them at a pretty good price too.... yay!!!
I wish though that they would have turkey on sale again, I know ya laughed at me cooking a 22 lb. bird, but hell I LOVE turkey and there is just so many things that bird can do!!!!............. M ;D
