On those nights when you are too tired to cook anything except hamburgers, go ahead and make them, but give them a brand new taste with herbs. Just close your eyes and pretend you are in Italy, LOL ! Makes 4 to 6 servings. Hamburgers a la Venezia ! 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 onion ( finely chopped ), 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley, 2 teasthingys Italian seasoning, 1 teasthingy salt, 1/4 teasthingy black pepper. In a medium mixing bowl, combine beef, onion, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; mix well. Form into patties. Broil, grill or fry until done to your taste.
