Here is a easy and economical entree. Best of all, leftovers can be refrigerated, sliced thin and used for sandwiches, or microwaved briefly and served as a hot entree for a quick pick-up dinner the second time around. Makes 4 servings. Spicy Grilled Steak ! 1 envelope ( 1 1/2 oz ) spaghetti sauce mix, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 beef flank steak ( about 1 pound ). In a small bowl, combine spaghetti sauce mix, oil, lemon juice and ketchup; mix well. Put steak in shallow non-metallic container. Pour marinade over steak. Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes to 1 hour, turning once. Drain meat, reserving marinade. Heat marinade in small saucepan to boiling; simmer 5 minutes. Keep warm, for use as basting sauce. Grill over hot coals or broil steak in oven broiler 5 to 10 minutes on each side ( depending on grill or broiler and thickness of steak ), or until done to your tatste; baste occasionally with warmed marinade. When steak is cooked as desired, carve crosswise into thin slices. Discard any remaining marinade.
