Lamb chops are great on the grill-an elegant treat for family or guests and so, so very easy to prepare. I like lamb cooked rather rare, so I often use lamb chops that are 1-1/4-inches thick. If you like lamb that is more well done, try using lamb chops that are 3/4- to 1-inch thick. Serve lamb chops with a wild rice pilaf or buttered egg noodles and a green vegetable or salad. Makes 4 servings. Ginger Chops ! 1 TBS olive oil, 1 teasthingy ground ginger, 1/2 teasthingy garlic pepper ( a seasoning blend ), 4 lamb chops. In a small bowl, combine oil, ginger and garlic pepper; mix well. Brush mixture on both sides of lamb chops. Grill lamb chops over hot coals or under a preheated broiler about 5 minutes on each side, or until done to your taste. YUMMY !
