I will give the measurements I have, but I adjsut accordingly. 4 cups diced chix or turkey (left overs are great for this) and I add more if I have it. 6 cups chix broth (3 cans) northern white beans (3 cans) 1 med onion.. 1TBS oil 2 teasp ground cumin ( I add more) 1 1/2 teasp ground oragano 1 teasp minced garlic (I add more) 2 4oz cans of green chopped chilis Sautee onion in cumin and oragano and combine w/ the rest of the ingred. Simmer This is when I add a little more of the spices. To serve, put shredded motzarella cheese in the bottom of the bowl and top w/ hot soup. U can dash w/ tobassco if u like it a little hotter. This soup is awesome. It is low cholest and low salt. ENJOY
