Potato Salad
2 lb red potatoes, boiled and quartered 2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped 1 green pepper, diced 1 onion small, chopped 1/2 cup salad oil 1/3 cup wine vinegar 1/4 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp dill weed 1/4 tsp salt 1 dash pepper
Combine potatoes, eggs, green pepper and onion. Mix remaining ingredients in a small jar and shake well. Pour over potato mixture. Refrigerate several hours.
