Does anyone know have the recipe for 7 layer salad

1 head lettuce - chopped
1 - onion - diced
1 - bell pepper diced
1- can drained sweet peas
( sprinkle 1 tablesppon of sugar over sweet peas)
1 -1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing
1 - 16 oz bag grated chedder cheese
1 - jar bacon bits
Layer the above as you read recipe starting with the lettuce.
Note: When you spread the mayo you may need to add a little more - should have enought to cover the peas.
