Eclair dessert
Ingredients:
9x13 pan 1 box of low fat HONEY graham crackers 2 boxes instant VANILLA pudding skim milk 1 tub fat free cool whip 1 container low fat chocolate ( BETTY CROCKER) frosting
Line the bottom of the 9x13 pan with a layer of graham crackers.
Make your instant pudding according to directions, using skim milk.
Add the container of fat free cool whip, and continue to mix with beaters or whip until smooth.
Pour half of the mixture over the graham crackers.
Now place another layer of graham crackers over this.
Pour the remaining half of the mixture over this and again layer graham crackers.
Take the fat free frosting and pour a small amount of skim milk on top, and stir, this will make it more like an eclair frosting and easier to spread.
Now spread over top of the graham crackers and your done. Cover and place in the refridge. Let set a few hours but not over night!
